JORNADAS Digital Arts CompetitionThe digital arts competition launched as part of the European project ImaginaAtlantica is intended to promote creativity in the Atlantic Area.
The objective of this contest, open to schools, students, artists and young professionals, is to create a work of art by integrating it in an urban space.
The purpose of the contest is to make digital artworks that highlight heritage, and that will be exhibited in a public space.
It is open to any organisation or any person aged 18 or over resident in the European Union, who must form international teams.Between six and eight works will be chosen to be exhibited in Angoulême in December 2012, and then in 2013 in the partnership’s member cities (in Spain, Portugal and Wales).
A prize will be awarded to each selected team.
